Two lighthouses (the smaller one was built based on Karl Friedrich Schinkel’s plans in 1826/27), a naval tower, ruins from the Slavic Jaromar castle, the Königstreppe (king’s stairway), and two former  GDR Volksmarine military bunkers are some of the most popular sights on Rügen. The Rügenhof awaits you with lots of interesting places such as a stone grindery, a candle manufactory, and many more offerings.
