While constantly pushing against the weight of the water, you have to find a balanced stand on the ground. By doing so, your muscles will be strengthened and your cardiovascular system will be stimulated.

Nordic Walking is a perfect cardio training that burns fat without damaging your back or your joints. This sport is ideal for people at any age and any level. Nordic Walking does not depend on a certain season and it is almost twice as effective as walking without Nordic Walking sticks. 

Course Back exercises with emphasis on the musculoskeletal system
Sitting on a desk chair all day long and not getting enough exercise during the day can weaken your core muscles. This can lead to serious health problems such as postural diformities, tensions, backache, and disc or spinal problems. Specific back exercises will strengthen your muscles, prevent from pain, and ease present problems. 
Course Progressive muscle release with emphasis stress
As you may know, psychological and physical stress can intensify each other. Therefore, we developed a work out during which you first flex a whole muscle group and then release it afterwards. These exercises will cover all major muscle groups of your body.
