Bathrobes
At the front desk you can get bathrobes if you leave a deposit of 50,00€.
Bathroom slippers
Please ask for bathroom slippers at the front desk.
Bath towels
Bath towels are available in the indoor pool and in the sauna.
Breakfast
Our restaurant “Strandperle” serves breakfast from 7a.m. - 10.30a.m.
Credit Cards
We accept credit cards such as American Express, Visa, andMaster Card.
Dinner
Our restaurant “Strandperle” serves dinner from 6p.m.- 9p.m.
Doctor
You may call a doctor at any time. Please call front desk at phone number 99.
Fire alarm
In case of a fire, please call front desk (phone number 99) immediately and leave your room directly. The beach is the staging area. Should you happen to be in the main building during the fire alarm, leave the building directly viathe marked emergency exits. Do not use the elevator!
Key card
Your key card is not only a key to your room but also a credit card! With your key card you can pay your bills in our restaurants and bars as well as other services.
By drawing your card quickly through the card reader you can:
*open the door to your room
*open the door to the indoor poo
l*pay for your purchases at the kiosk
*use the bowling alley, play American Dart, play Pool Billard
*pay your bills in all of our restaurants and bars
*open the door to the beach toilet
The amount will be transcribed to your bill automatically.We would like to point out that we do not take responsibility for any unauthorized use of your key card. Please be aware that it is not only a key to get into your room but also a credit card. So please use your key card with care. In case of loss, please call front desk (( 99) immediately so we can take action.Please keep your key card separated from your cell phone and any cards that have a magnetic stripe since the key card will not work properly if being kept too close to the above-mentioned devices. Please leave the key card at the front desk on the day of your departure. Thank you very much!
Messages
If you have received a message, a red light will be flashing up on your phone.
Safe deposit box
Every room has a safe deposit box that you can use for free.You only have to leave a deposit of € 50,00. You will get that money back when you turn in your key card on the day of your departure. Please ask for a key at the front desk!We do recommend the use of a safe deposit box, as we do not take responsibility for any valuables that are not being kept in the safe deposit box.
Sauna/steam bath
Open from 03:00pm to 10:00pm daily.
Indoor pool
Open from 07:00am to 10:00pm daily. Please do not enter the area of the swimming pool with outdoor shoes and keep in mind that you need your key card to open the entrance door as well as a € 2,00 – coin for the locker.
